Recruitement
Schedule a 30-minute call with our professional to discuss your goals and how we can help. This phone or Zoom call also outlines who we are and our process.

Screening
Interested applicants undergo a basic screening process to assess motivations,
interests, and availability to ensure proper alignment with the needs of each project or unit, while also encouraging diversity and inclusivity.

Placement
Based on their skills and preferences, volunteers are matched to specific roles within HERO’s projects. Clear role descriptions and team-based placements help maximize productivity
and ownership.

Implementation
Role-specific training and buddy systems are also introduced to build
confidence and capability.

Recognition
We maintain motivation and morale through public appreciation (social media highlights, certificates), opportunities for leadership and mentorship, and regular feedback cycles.
